Zafu ECO meditation cushion – comfort and support for classic meditation


The Zafu ECO meditation cushion is a classic cushion that has been used for centuries for traditional meditation techniques such as Zen, Hinayana, Mahayana and yoga. The cushion provides excellent support for the ankles and knees and makes it easier to maintain a straight spine during meditation. With its wide seat and pleats along the sides, the Zafu ECO combines comfort, functionality and aesthetics.

The pillow has a 100% organic cotton cover and is filled with organic spelt husks, which provide firm and stable support. The cover is not removable, but the filling can be easily adjusted via a hidden zipper hidden in the fold along the side. This allows you to adjust the height and firmness of the pillow to your needs.

Zafu ECO is particularly suitable for meditation in sitting positions such as Sukhasana (tailor's pose), Siddhasana (complete sitting position) and half lotus.

Kapok
Kapok is a lightweight and silky natural fiber that provides a comfortable and flexible pillow. It is hypoallergenic, breathable and sustainable, making it an ideal choice for meditation and relaxing yoga.
