How do I see my order number?

You will find the order number at the top of your order confirmation, which we sent shortly after you placed your order with us.

How do I know if my order has been registered?

Can I cancel my order?

What do I do if I haven't received an order confirmation?

We rarely experience that our emails do not arrive.

How long is the delivery time?

Products that we have in stock in our warehouse are typically delivered within 1-2 business days . Products from our partners have a longer delivery time. For each individual product, you can see the estimated delivery time on the product page.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost depends on the product and delivery address. The price is calculated automatically during the checkout process.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped so you can follow it.

Do you deliver abroad?

Can I pick up my order?
