Pine oil, extracted from the Pinus sylvestris tree, has a strong, fresh aroma and is known for its antiseptic properties. It has a stimulating, refreshing and cleansing effect, and its ability to deepen breathing makes it popular in aromatherapy, saunas and steam rooms.

The oil shares many properties with eucalyptus, and their effects are enhanced when mixed. Pine oil also blends well with other oils such as bergamot, cedarwood, cypress, lavender, lemon, rosemary, and tea tree.

Recipe for sickroom: Add 5 drops of pine oil and 2 drops of bergamot oil in an aroma lamp to create a fresh and purified atmosphere.

Pine oil is a natural way to create a clean, refreshing and calming atmosphere.
