Lemongrass oil - soothing care and fresh energy

Lemongrass oil, from cymbopogon flexuosus, is an essential oil with calming and refreshing properties. It acts on the central nervous system and is therefore particularly useful for headaches or when the nerves need to be calmed. With its clear and energizing scent, the oil helps to clear the mind and provide new energy.

When mixed with sage in a neutral bath or massage oil, lemongrass oil stimulates the lymphatic system and promotes the removal of waste products.

For a clean and fresh indoor climate, the oil is excellent for use in an aroma lamp. It effectively purifies the air and is ideal for refreshing smoky or stuffy rooms.

Fresh air recipe: Mix 3 drops of lemongrass oil and 3 drops of sage oil in an aroma lamp.
