Tape methods

Neck pain
  • Bend your head forward and stretch your neck as much as possible.
  • Attach the start of the Y-strip to the middle of the top of the spine.
  • Let the two tape strips follow each side of the neck.
Shoulder pain
  • Lean your head slightly to the opposite side of where the tape is to be applied.
  • Attach the I-strip along the course of the muscle on the shoulder.
General shoulder
  • Place your hand behind your back and secure the start of the Y-strip to your upper arm.
  • Place one strip of tape on the front of the shoulder.
  • Hold the other side of the shoulder and apply the other tape strip to the back of the shoulder.
Elbow
  • Bend your elbow slightly and secure the start of the I-strip at your elbow, applying it along your forearm.
