Yoga bolster CLASSIC LAHARI in linen look with wave pattern

The Yoga Bolster CLASSIC LAHARI is designed to provide comfortable support during calm and restorative yoga practices such as Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga. This bolster, also called a yoga roller, is also useful in chest and heart-opening poses in other yoga styles. With its rounded shape and filling of organic spelt husks, it adapts perfectly to the body and is ideal for backbends and pranayama.

Bolster's The linen-look cover is made from a durable cotton blend with OekoTex certification, ensuring both quality and sustainability. The removable cover is decorated with a hand-drawn wave pattern and is machine washable, making it easy to maintain. For customized comfort, the inner cotton padding also has a zipper so that the filling can be adjusted as needed to achieve the desired height and firmness.
