The yoga wheel brings new inspiration to your yoga practice. It is a fantastic aid for various asanas and can partially replace the yoga belt and yoga block as a supporting element. The yoga wheel offers valuable support, especially when doing backbends. It can also be used for balance exercises and core training to strengthen the center of the body.

The yoga wheel is made of hard plastic (ABS) and the outer surface is covered with non-slip foam. In the premium version, the edge of the yoga wheel is also covered with foam, which provides extra comfort during exercises.
