Comfortable yoga bolster with modern retro print - support for deep stretches and relaxation

Our yoga bolster is designed to provide extra support in your yoga practice, making it ideal for deep stretches and relaxation. The name "Salamba" comes from Sanskrit and means "with support," which describes the cushion perfectly - it supports you in heart-opening poses, chest stretches, as well as in relaxing poses. With its flat sides, the cushion is particularly comfortable for back exercises and is popular for Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga. It can also be used as a sitting cushion for meditation and pranayama.

The cushion's removable cover is made in Germany from a durable cotton blend with a linen look and is OekoTex certified. The inner cover is filled with either kapok fibers or organic spelt husks, and you can adjust the height and firmness by adding or removing filling. The geometric retro print makes the bolster a stylish addition to both the yoga studio and home.
