Application:

  1. Lightly moisten the stamps with water.
  2. Heat them in a steamer for about 20 minutes.
  3. Test the temperature on your forearm before applying them.
  4. Use them on acupressure points and massage the face or body with light strokes.
  5. Switch to the second piston once the first has cooled.
