If you order for 1,500 DKK or more, your order will be delivered free of charge in Denmark* - this does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
*Does not apply to deliveries to islands without bridges.
We aim to send your order to the desired delivery address no later than the next business day after the order is received*
*Check the delivery time for the desired item(s) as delivery time may vary from product to product.
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM are usually shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM are usually shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed during the weekend are processed and shipped the next business day.
All deliveries are made via GLS within 1-2 business days after dispatch from our warehouse - often the next business day.
Delivery options:
You can choose between the following delivery methods:
- Delivery to parcel shop (not possible for units over 15 kg)
- Delivery to private address.
- Delivery to company.
Please note that pickup at our warehouse is possible - we will contact you after placing your order!
If an item is not in stock:
In the event that your item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email. We will inform you of alternative solutions, such as other color variants, or provide you with the expected delivery time.
Delivery to a private address when you are not at home
With GLS' proxy service, you can have your packages left at an agreed location if you are not at home when the package is delivered.
How to do it:
- Register online with GLS with MitID/NemID.
- GLS will send you a power of attorney sign, which must be placed at the agreed location.
- Future deliveries are automatically placed at the agreed location – even if you are not home.
Please note that this solution is not suitable for apartment buildings, and GLS does not have access to hallways with intercoms.
