Payment at Altermed

When you shop at altermed.dk, you have many different payment methods to choose from when you check out.

We offer the most traditional, secure and flexible payment solutions:

  • Anyday
  • ViaBill
Alternative payment methods:

  • B2B Grenke Leasing (upon request)
  • EAN Payment - requires a valid EAN number

  • Bank transfer  

Anyday:
 Available for purchases of 300,- DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly payment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly payments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each payment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex payment and the specific payment plan you have chosen. Remember that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will be automatically canceled. ViaBill:
 When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. After that, you must pay your monthly payment on the 20th of each month. If you regret your purchase, the agreement on payment with ViaBill will end. ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000. Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress.

Grenke Leasing:
When you complete your order with Grenke Leasing as a payment solution, we only receive your order as an inquiry. No payment is made! We then inquire about your desired order and await final approval from Grenke Leasing. You will then receive a final leasing contract that is signed digitally.

EAN payment:
 We of course accept EAN payments, however, a valid EAN number must be entered when completing the order.

Bank transfer:
You can also pay by bank transfer via your online bank. Please refer to your order number on the order. REG 9070 - ACCOUNT: 1642790273

Please note, however, that you are not protected by the objection scheme when making a bank transfer.

You only pay for your items when they are shipped from our warehouse. Although payment is authorized by the card issuer when you complete your online order, we only debit your account when the items are registered as shipped.

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

  1. We will collect the amount when we ship the item, or
  2. The money will be released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

We accept the following international payment cards: Visa and MasterCard.

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. When your order has been processed, you will receive confirmation that your goods have been shipped and that we will deduct the agreed amount at the same time. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.

If you wish, you can also pay for your goods via a regular bank transfer (see account details under 'Contact'). However, please note that you are not protected by the objection scheme when making a bank transfer.
