The Salamba yoga bolster classic lahari is a rectangular yoga cushion designed for optimal support and comfort in your yoga practice. The name "salamba" comes from Sanskrit and means "supportive" - ​​and this cushion does just that. With its flat, long sides, it is perfect for supporting the back and chest in heart-opening poses and deep stretches. Its comfortable design makes it ideal for yin yoga, restorative yoga and as a meditation cushion.

The bolster comes with a removable and durable cover made in Germany from a durable cotton blend with Oeko-Tex certificate (no. 2302026 centexbel). The cushion is filled with either organic spelt husks or kapok, where the filling can be easily adjusted in height and firmness to perfectly suit your needs.

The modern geometric wave pattern makes it a beautiful and functional choice that fits both in the yoga studio and at home. Matching meditation cushions in the same pattern – rondo and big rondo – and a round yoga bolster are also available.
