Increase your comfort during yoga and meditation with the Yoga Bolster Classic Stripes, a round support cushion designed in Germany and filled with organic spelt husks. This bolster is ideal for deep and relaxing yoga styles such as yin yoga, restorative yoga and pregnancy yoga. It can also be used for chest and heart-opening poses and as gentle support during pranayama exercises.

The bolster cover is made from a durable and Oeko-Tex certified cotton blend with an elegant retro striped design that is both stylish and functional. The cover can be easily removed and washed, and the inner cotton stitching has a zipper so you can adjust the filling and thus the height and firmness of the bolster to your needs.
