How to use the Neti Pot XL

Dissolve approx. 1 level teaspoon of salt in 400 ml of lukewarm water. Bend over a sink, turn your head to the side, and let the saline solution run into the top nostril and out the bottom. Then repeat on the opposite side.

We recommend using iodine-free, fine-grained sea or rock salt. Alternatively, you can use pre-dosed nasal rinse salt, which is available in most pharmacies and health food stores.
