It is particularly suitable for Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga, where the body must be held in the same position for a longer period of time. Thanks to its round, ergonomic shape, the yoga mat adapts to the body, making it ideal for almost all exercises.

It is especially perfect for supporting your back, so you can achieve an effective and gentle chest stretch.

The yoga mat has a removable cover made of cotton and polyester, which can be washed at 30 degrees. The cover is robust, soft and equipped with a practical wrist strap for easy transport. The filling consists of natural spelt husks, which ensure both a cooling effect and a good weight for stable support.
