Meditation stool KYOTO – foldable and ergonomic, oiled beech

Experience a comfortable and relaxed meditation position with the KYOTO meditation stool in solid, oiled beech. This elegant Japanese meditation bench is ergonomically designed with a slightly forward, curved seat that promotes a natural upright back position, which relieves the abdominal organs and allows the breath to flow freely. Gentle on the knees and insteps, making it possible to meditate comfortably for longer periods.

The practical, foldable function makes it easy to take the meditation stool with you on retreats, seminars or trips. The legs are attached with Velcro and can be stored safely in the included cotton bag with a soft inner lining that protects against scratches and bumps. Supplied without padding.
