This handmade meditation stool is made of oiled ash wood and has a center bar that ensures optimal support in both the heel seat and the diamond seat. It is a good alternative to a meditation cushion and suitable for anyone who has difficulty sitting on a cushion.

The ergonomic design helps maintain a natural and relaxed sitting position while relieving pressure on your knees and feet. Its compact size makes it ideal for both home use and meditation retreats.

With each bench sold, €2 is donated to the humanitarian organization Blau-Gelbes Kreuz, which supports emergency relief in Ukraine.
