Zafu ECO is a traditional meditation cushion that is perfect for classical meditation techniques such as yoga, Mahayana, Hinayana and Zen Buddhism. With its wide seating surface and elegant folds, this cushion is ideal for meditation in positions such as Sukhasana (tailor's pose), Siddhasana (full seated pose) or half lotus pose.
The cushion cover is made of 100% organic cotton and the filling consists of natural spelt husks that adapt to the body and provide optimal support. A hidden zipper in the fold makes it possible to adjust the filling so that the sitting height can be adjusted to your needs.
