With five beautiful, colorful designs, this meditation cushion provides a convenient raised seat that supports an upright and relaxed meditation posture. It is ideal for meditation in the tailor's pose (Sukhasana), the Burmese pose (Siddhasana) or the Half Lotus (Ardha Padmasana).

The Zafu meditation cushion is made of a printed cotton fabric and filled with spelt kernels, which mold to the body for maximum comfort. The cover is not removable, but the filling can be adjusted by opening the zipper under the carrying strap.
