This traditional meditation cushion is perfect for meditation techniques such as Sukhasana (Tailor's Pose), Vajrasana (Diamond Pose) and Siddhasana (Full Seated Pose). The wide and comfortable seat, filled with organic spelt husks, provides optimal support and comfort during your practice.
