How to use the nasal irrigation canister

1. Dissolve half a teaspoon of salt in 250 ml of warm water.
2. Turn your head to the side and lean over a sink. Pour the saline solution into the top nostril, allowing it to drain out through the bottom.
3. Repeat on the opposite side.

We recommend using iodine-free, fine-grained sea or rock salt. Alternatively, you can use pre-dosed nasal rinse salt, which is available over the counter.
