This autoclave uses Class B vacuum sterilization, which means it can sterilize both packaged and unpackaged instruments, regardless of shape or material. It ensures thorough sterilization, even in hollow or porous objects.
Performance and capacity:
This autoclave has been developed to meet the requirements of the healthcare sector and cosmetic clinics, where instrument sterilization is essential for safety and hygiene. With six automatic programs (four sterilization programs and two test programs), the user can choose the most appropriate cycle depending on the type of instrument and sterilization needs.
Sterilization times range from 8 to 35 minutes, ensuring fast and effective disinfection without compromising quality. The test programs (Bowie & Dick and vacuum test) verify the autoclave's performance, making it easy to maintain high standards of sterility.
Thermal printer:
The integrated thermal printer allows detailed reports of sterilization cycles to be printed without the use of ink or toner. This is a crucial feature for clinics and laboratories that need to document sterilization processes for quality control and compliance with health regulations.
Safety and durability:
The autoclave is equipped with a dual locking system that combines mechanical and electronic security to prevent accidental opening during operation. This protects both the user and the equipment from damage.
The self-diagnostic system constantly monitors the autoclave's functionality and warns the user in the event of any errors, minimizing downtime and ensuring a long service life.
Water management and hygiene:
The autoclave has separate water tanks for clean and used water. This means that sterilization always takes place with fresh water, and the used water can be easily emptied via a practical front drain function.
The stainless steel comb construction (304 grade) ensures durability, easy cleaning and high resistance to corrosion.
